If you are a man, which I assume so from your comment that you had a vasectomy, then I would have to say your chances of conceiving our zero. However, whether or not your female partner could conceive, I don't know.
Get a dog instead.
You probably also know that it's MUCH more expensive than the vasectomy: perhaps $10K. What price fatherhood?
if you think that its same for you then i would say go for yours but if there is a chance that something like sight affect would happen then i would suggest adoption i have a family member that went through the same thing and he had a beautiful boy but not every one has that luck so think about before doing anything and don't feel bad cause at least you have two may god bless you and your family good luck
